Waco is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute Night and Day Difference—Ricky is a Game Changer! I want to give a massive shout-out to the manager, Ricky, and his incredible team at the Dunkin' Donuts on North Valley Mills in Waco! To be completely honest, I had stopped coming to this location for about 6 to 8 months because of the consistent rudeness I used to experience during the morning shifts. I decided to pop back in the other day, and I am so incredibly glad I did. The turnaround is absolute night and day. The moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly. The entire store was spotless, my cup was perfectly clean, and even the small details—like the straw actually being sealed and not already opened—were completely on point. During their absolute busiest time of day, I ran into a bit of confusion trying to order the $6 bundle. I didn't quite understand why I couldn't swap out the specific coffee that came with the sandwich and hash browns for the exact one I wanted. Ricky didn’t hesitate for a second. He was highly communicable, professional, and patient. He stepped right up and clearly explained the menu details to me without a hint of frustration. You just don't find that level of genuine customer service and

Food was great but most importantly the staff was SUPER NICE and answered all of my food allergy questions with a smile. I will definitely go back to this one. And the inside looks more cozy coffee shop than other Dunkins I've been too.

This is one of the best Dunkins I have been to, and I have been to a lot! The servers have been the big reason. Very friendly and pollite without gossip and cussing behind the counter. And second has been how clean they keep it! NICE! Third, the music. Not to loud or offensive. All of this has been problimatic in other Dunkins, but they seem to have understood a deeper depth of proffessionalizm.😁!

I don't know what happened at this location, it seems like most of the workers don't want to be there. The newer drinks aren't made correct most of the time. I've had an employee throw a receipt at me one time after asking for it but after a while she must have left, I let it go and tried giving this place several chances now it seems I have to start looking for a new coffee spot I really wanted to run with Dunkin' 🥲. I'll still come by from time to time but it's not the same anymore I've been to Dutch Bros and the vibes are welcoming and there's a 7brew coming, its new for me hopefully it gets better from here.
